~ Fawn Twins ~
We have a set of twins and Momma travelling through our property and stopping to have some corn that I put out for them.  They are still nursing and spotted!  It is such a treat to watch them.

Golden Eagle, while very rare in Ohio, have been seen and photographed many times in the last few years right here on our grounds.  They are twice the size of a bald eagle and just amazing to see.
It is a wonderful experience here with a myriad of birds and animals to enjoy.  The bald eagle, deer families (this year we have had 2 sets of twins as regular visitors), hawk, fox-mother and babies, and raccoon who regularly feed along side the deer.  It is a bird watchers paradise with many varieties at different times of the year.  Squires are plentiful year round and keep the bird feeders busy, but we enjoy them too.
This is a wonderful clip of our 2 sets of twins that were born in our ravine last spring.  They often come in together and I caught them playing around.  Just before this, the mother was nursing at the edge of the woods.  I find this interaction priceless.  What a special place I live and work everyday.  I am truly blessed.

A rare moth ~ notice her stylin' wig!  She was resting on the steps going up to the loft.  To get a sense of her size, the step is 1.75 inches thick.  She is lovely.
