Château Lake Logan, offers luxury and privacy; over 5 acres of beautiful landscapes and lovely views of Lake Logan. We have charming 1 bedrooms (with King Beds), 1,000 - 1,250 sq. ft suites. Each suite includes a full kitchen with full size stainless appliances and cooktop-no oven. The decor is a luxury in individually themed suites. A full service laundry with washer/dryer for extended stay use. Our Lake front property also overlooks a peaceful ravine where we have constant wildlife traffic including deer, a family of fox, raccoon, wild turkey, a pair of bald eagles, just to name the most common cohabitants. Each suite has 2 or 3 big screen plasma TV with Cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies, DVDs, and Wi-Fi at no charge.
Lake Logan is a prime FISHING LAKE. You will have the use of our PRIVATE DOCKS for your own boat or rent one at the State Dock, directly across the lake. The best fishing on the lake is right off our dock under a large shade tree, so bring your rods! A bait shop is just across the lake close to the State Dock. Also complimentary are KAYAKS and CANOES for your boating pleasure - (a $60 every 2 hours value-FREE.) SWIMMING is at two designated areas on the lake and available by land or boat.
We are located 3 miles [west] off of St. Rt. 33. Easy access and no long winding roads, while beautiful, can be tiresome when you have a destination. Just 3 minutes away are Dining and Bar service at the Mill Stone and Mexican Restaurants. We are about 3 minutes from the Visitor Center as well. The caves are about 10 miles further down St.Rt. 664. Walmart and downtown Logan are just a few minutes away, east of Rt. 33. My favorite restaurant for lunch is Cedar Falls Inn about 10 miles and close to Cedar Falls. Open 11 AM - 1:30 PM for lunch. Dinner is by reservation. The Hocking Hills Lodge has excellent food and Pizza - open daily, just past Old Man's Cave - 12 miles. Pizza Crossing delivers to the Loft and is my favorite.
2 to 4 Adults-only, smoke-free environment. No Pets. Smoking is permitted on the deck.
