Carefully designed to ensure privacy for each Suite, inside and out
Setting right at the edge of the carefully manicured ravine, it has a bit of a view of the lake. All suites are situated on the property to ensure that every guest has privacy. The Industrial suite has a rustic feel with roughly sawn wood on the walls and a rocky fireplace, with a big screen TV for your evening entertainment. The warehouse style windows give you a direct view of the outdoors and lovely gardens. The morning sun is especially beautiful streaming through the windows. The deck is just outside the greatroom through the sliding glass door. It has a weber grill and table top real-flame fire for cool evenings. The gardens surrounding the suite are a delight. The Master Bedroom and ensuite is spacious and has a large double shower with outdoor elements. The Kitchen has granite countertops and copper sink. The black stainless appliances slip seamlessly into the decor. Sauna and massage chair round out the loft for your relaxing pleasure after a bike hike or for no reason at all. 1,000 Sq.ft. of room to stretch out and enjoy your evenings after a boating excursion around the lake. This suite is handicap friendly ~ easy access entrance and roll in shower and roll up sink as well as the access to the kitchen sink. Our hope is to make is easier for our guests with disabilities to be comfortable here. We have taken special care in all our suites to make them allergen free as possible. Our fireplaces are a new technology mist emitting no gas by products. Our linens are washed in super hot water with fragrance free detergents and no fabric softener. All of our finishes have been thoroughly "off gassed" for people with these sensitivities.
The Steel Mill Industrial is a very upscale, 5 Star property for a delightful mix of log construction, roughly saw cherry from the property and antique chandeliers. The Warehouse style windows on the large window wall give you a direct view of the outdoors and lovely gardens, trees and sky all the way through the ravine and to the water. The morning sun is especially beautiful streaming through the windows and simmering off the metallic copper ceilings throughout. The jewel of the Steel Mill Industrial is the one of a kind antique “orb” chandelier in the great room. It was a real find in a Panama City Beach junk yard and shipped for the purpose of restoration and use in this rustic suite. The Master Bedroom and en-suite is spacious and has a large double shower with multiple shower heads and a rain feature. The fully appointed Kitchen has granite countertops and a copper sink. The black stainless full size appliances slip seamlessly into the decor. The modern comforts and amenities are all included. Sauna and massage chair round out the loft for your relaxing pleasure after a bike ride or hike or for no reason at all. High speed Wi Fi make catching up with business or staying in touch with social media easy. Big screen Roku smart TVs in both the bedroom and great room. (We hope you abandon these habits and truly disconnect for a rejuvenating experience.) 1,000 sq. ft. of room to stretch out and enjoy your quiet time.

Situated on the 7 acre property we have engineered each position to ensure that every guest of the property has privacy. The suite is fully contained with all the amenities you would expect in a 5 Star European Lodge.
The private deck overlooking the beautiful gardens and the ravine is just outside the great room through the sliding glass door. The gardens surrounding the suite are a delight. Relax on a cool evening with a fire in the privacy of your own space. Soak in the Hot Tub and enjoy the garden and ravine view. Throw a steak on the gas grill and open a bottle of wine for an easy dinner at home.
Take your morning coffee on a comfortable walk around the lake and up through the ravine. Stop to enjoy on a bench along the way. Easy walking and beautiful views! Take out a canoe or kayak on the mirror like water. Explore the lovely coves of the lake-finding the water lily cove and the picturesque boat docks in front of one remaining old barn from a century ago. Rent a boat at the marina or bring your own - we have a couple of private docks that you may use. Cruise around the lake any afternoon. Drop a hook in the water and try your luck. Lake Logan is touted as the “best fishing lake in Ohio”. Stop and take a dip in the water to cool off on a hot day. There is no end to the adventure you may experience here at our amazing property. (Let alone in 10+ state parks with a multitude of hikes, caves and waterfalls known as the Hocking Hills Region.)
There are a multitude of beautiful spots to relax and enjoy the grounds and take in the ever changing views of the lake. The added enjoyment of the water rounds out your experience to the region. If you never left our property to enjoy a hike in the caves or a zip line through the canopy, you would have a special vacation enjoying the property and the special energy of the Hocking Hills.
There is a large outdoor fire pit called the “Summit Fire Pit” situated on a large green space across from the Château that you may enjoy anytime. Meet other guests from our other cabins while you explore the many amenities available to you. Firewood is available $.
We have kayaks, canoes and mountain bikes that you may use at no extra charge. We have life jackets but please bring water shoes, helmets and other safety equipment for your use.
